On which night did they play the most total songs? And for extra bonus credit: about how many songs do you think that was?

For purposes of this question, songs have lyrics and reprises don't count as a second song. In other words, NFA>GDTRFB>NFA is two songs, not three.

RULES: from memory, no peeking anywhere.

'fraid not. They only played 27 songs that night. The case in the complete set lists 31 tracks, but one is a NFA reprise, two others are The Other One reprises, and one is drums, which has no words. 31-4=27, which is fewer songs than the show with the most.

Was it Dick's favorite? (trivia in itself, perhaps...)

We're wading into deep waters indeed, when I can't tell you whether you got my trivia question right because I don't know the answer to yours!

Taking a wild but logical guess: 4/14? Seem to remember this being a really long 2nd set with the Good Lovin'>Caution>Who Do you Love? despite the reprises...

29, but still tied for first with one other show. We have a winner! (and a hat trick?) Care to guess the other show?
